Questions before you pick
How does Per event billing work?
Setting up your studio is free and there is no monthly fee. Each gallery is $49 when it goes live and covers up to 1,500 photos; larger events add $19 for each further 1,000. During the private preview, tell us when a gallery is ready: we put it live and invoice you. Drafts cost nothing.
When does Per event stop making sense?
At four events a month on monthly Pro: Pro is $149 and covers 15,000 photos across as many galleries as you like, while four events on Per event come to $196. On annual Pro, $124 a month, it is three. Events over 1,500 photos tip it sooner.
What counts as a photo?
Each photo uploaded to a gallery counts once, whatever size it is saved at and however many guests download it. Deleted photos are not refunded, but they do free up the count for the month.
What happens if I go over on Pro?
Uploads keep working. Each extra 1,000 photos in the month is $19, and we add it to your next invoice. If that keeps happening, Unlimited is the cheaper plan.
How does the free trial work?
When we open your studio, it starts with ten days free, no card: galleries up to 1,500 photos and up to 5 team members. Deliver a real event. When the ten days are up, galleries already live stay live; to publish new ones, pick a plan and we set it up and invoice you. If it is not for you, there is nothing to cancel.
Is my own domain required?
No. Every studio has an address on photos.slpmedia.pro from the start. Your own domain, such as photos.yourstudio.com, is a $19 a month add-on on Pro, and included on Unlimited. Ask us to switch it on, then connect it from your dashboard with one DNS record.
Can I change plans?
Any time: write to us. Moving up takes effect right away; moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
