Packages start at $1,200 for one photographer, $1,750 for two and $2,200 for three, for up to 3 hours at one venue. The SelfSearch AI gallery adds $150 to $400 by guest count and can be removed. What is the SelfSearch AI gallery?
The SelfSearch AI gallery is the line on your quote that lets guests search the gallery with a selfie. The line is on by default, and you can remove it. Guests take one selfie and SelfSearch AI shows the photos they're in. No app, no account.
Guests agree before the camera opens, and each selfie is used once. Our promise to each guest: SLP Media never saves your selfie. Photos and face data are deleted 30 days after the gallery closes, once any print orders are filled. Anyone can ask to be left out of matching or for a photo to come down.

How do the deposit and travel work?
A 50% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before the event. We work in Oxford, University and Lafayette County; travel beyond about 30 miles is quoted.
Under 200 guests?
Events under 200 guests, films and portraits are booked on samuellongproductions.com. Chapter pregames, house events and date parties are listed there with their prices.
What do organizers ask about prices?
What if our guest count changes after we book?
Tell us as soon as you know, and we'll send an updated quote. Adding a photographer depends on who is free that date.
Can we remove the SelfSearch AI gallery?
Yes. The line is on by default and can be removed. Without it, you get a standard gallery with one private link and free downloads, but no selfie search, door sign-up or event border.
Can coverage run longer than 3 hours?
Yes. Each extra hour is $150 per photographer. Send your schedule, and the quote will show the hours.
What is the founding rate?
Through December 15, 2026, the SelfSearch AI gallery is $150 at any guest count, instead of $250 or $400.
Do you charge for travel?
Only for longer trips. We work in Oxford, University and Lafayette County; travel beyond about 30 miles is quoted.
How do we pay?
We send an invoice for the 50% deposit when you book. The balance is due 7 days before the event.
