Every package includes SelfSearch AI and a custom photo border. We plan delivery of the edited gallery within 2 days of the event (3 days for Monday to Thursday events); your quote gives the date. What is the SelfSearch AI gallery?
The SelfSearch AI gallery comes with every package and lets guests search the gallery with a selfie. Guests take one selfie and SelfSearch AI shows the photos they're in. No app, no account.
Guests agree before the camera opens, and each selfie is used once. Our promise to each guest: SLP Media never saves your selfie. The gallery stays up for a year, and photos and face data are deleted 30 days after it closes, once any print orders are filled. Anyone can ask to be left out of matching or for a photo to come down.

- A QR sign-up for the door. Each person who signs up gets one email with the gallery link.

What add-ons are there?

How do the deposit and travel work?
A 50% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before the event. We work in Oxford, on the Ole Miss campus and across Lafayette County, and in Jackson, Madison, Ridgeland, Flowood and Brandon; travel beyond about 30 miles of Oxford or Jackson is quoted.
What about Greek life films?
These packages cover the photos at every event, Greek life included. House event reels, date party and formal films and sorority recruitment films are made by Samuel Long Productions, and every booking goes through samuellongproductions.com.
What do organizers ask about prices?
What if our guest count changes after we book?
Tell us as soon as you know, and we'll send an updated quote. Adding a photographer depends on who is free that date.
What is the difference between the packages?
Photographers and hours. The $300 package is one photographer for 1 hour at a party of up to 100 guests. The $1,450 package is two photographers for 3 hours at one venue for up to 500 guests; start here for more than 100 guests. The $2,650 package is four photographers for 4 hours with a lighting package. All three include the SelfSearch AI gallery and a custom photo border.
Can coverage run longer?
Yes. Each extra hour is $150 per photographer. Send your schedule, and the quote will show the hours.
Can we add a photographer?
Yes. Each extra photographer is from $450: on any package for a second room, or on the Two photographers or Full team package for a bigger crowd.
