We plan delivery of the edited gallery within 2 days of the event (3 days for Monday to Thursday events); your quote gives the date.
Where do you work?
We work in Oxford, on the Ole Miss campus and across Lafayette County, and in Jackson, Madison, Ridgeland, Flowood and Brandon; travel beyond about 30 miles of Oxford or Jackson is quoted. In Oxford that includes event venues such as The Jefferson, The Lyric, Harrison's, the Oxford Conference Center, The Inn at Ole Miss, Castle Hill and The Powerhouse, plus chapter houses and campus spaces. Around Jackson that includes venues such as The Country Club of Jackson, The Westin Jackson, Duling Hall, The South Warehouse, the Mississippi Museum of Art, the Mississippi Trade Mart and The Ivy in Flowood. For a room we haven't worked in yet, we scout it or ask you for photos of it.
Who will we work with?
You'll work with Samuel Long, a Mississippi event photographer who plans your coverage, photographs the event and delivers the gallery. When an event needs more than one photographer, Samuel adds second shooters he hires and briefs himself, all working from the same plan. Samuel is an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests open the private link in their phone's browser, take one selfie and see the photos they're in. The gallery may ask for an email before the first download.
What happens to guests' selfies and face data?
Each selfie is matched once against your event's gallery. Our promise to each guest: SLP Media never saves your selfie. The gallery stays up for a year, and photos and face data are deleted 30 days after it closes, once any print orders are filled. Anyone can ask to be left out of matching or for a photo to come down.
Can we keep the gallery private?
Yes. The gallery lives on one private link that search engines don't list, and you can add a PIN of 4 to 8 digits.
Can our letters or logo go on the photos?
Yes. Every package includes a custom photo border with your logo and up to three lines of text. Chapter letters or a crest go on the border when the chapter or its national office permits the artwork. The border also carries the SLP Media mark.
Do you bring a photo booth?
No. For posed photos, we set up a lighting package with a photographer at it. It is included in the $2,650 package and is $200 with the others.
